Refund policy
At BUBORN Malibu, your satisfaction is of utmost importance. On initial purchases, if you decide to return or exchange a BUBORN product, we will gladly refund, exchange, or replace it, if the product is returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. BUBORN garments are one of a kind due to hand dyeing and graphic application processes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee replacement products will exactly match the item being returned. Second time returns or exchanges for the same style product are ineligible and will not be honored. Final Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns or exchanges must be in new and unused condition, unaltered, free from odor, dirt or debris, and in its original condition, including the presence of attached tags. No returns or exchanges will be accepted outside of the time frame referenced herein. No returns or exchanges will be offered on merchandise purchased outside of the United States. Once your return or exchange has been received, our team will issue a refund or exchange. All refunds or exchanges are processed within 10-14 business days from receiving it. An email confirmation will be sent to your email on file. *BUBORN is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages and unable to process refunds, returns or exchanges meeting these situations.*
